Hello,

I do not understand why nothing could be done with this blocker which 
can sometimes happen.

IMHO 'TYPO3 Fatal Error' is a not very helpful but a very frightening 
error message, especially because backend and frontend will not be 
working any more. And if you are no TYPO3 expert then you might find 
yourself in a great trouble.
