[TYPO3-bugs] Bug #4721: no language files can be uploaded into TER

Hello,

there is still a bug in this!.

The biggest xml file with translations is still missing. So the
translations of sr_feuser_register are lost now.

Is there anybody who can fix this in a reasonable time? Or might I get
write access to copy the files?
