[TYPO3-bugs] Bug 3969: xml sheet inclusion

Hi Typo3 friends,

i hope i can reach someone to include this already solved bug:

into the next version of typo3. As I heard, someone else alredy solved 
it already, too (diff), but is never included into the core.
This Bug is essential for my thesis work (peppy), so I hope you can help 
me to get peppy to run on every Typo3 installation.
