This is a patch request.

Description:
We could reproduce a fatal error in class.tx_rtehtmlarea_base.php when 
using the csConvObj which should be availiable in $TSFE. This error 
occures only with a few distinct workstations here, using FireFoox 
2.0.0.6. It seams that the csConvObj is not correctly instantiated in 
some cases.

Solution:
Alwasy check if $TSFE is an object _and_ csConvObj is also an object.
