   Solution (thanks to Kit  from forum www.typo3.biz)
 
 Patch for  t3lib/jsfunc.validateform.js
 
 function validateForm(theFormname,theFieldlist,goodMess,badMess,emailMess)      {
         var formObject = document[theFormname];
 // patch start
         theFieldlist = decodeURI(theFieldlist);   
 // end
         if (!formObj............
