I have moved the functionality of swapMMrefs() to the TCEmain and
committed a patch to the bugtracker. Please check and commit to SVN if
it works for you - for me it did ;)

I left the hook in TCEmain, I don't know if anybody needs it. If not,
just remove it. A hook doesn't do harm, so I didn't remove it.

If somebody commits it to SVN, please drop a note to Rene, as he might
not follow this discussion and needs to be informed if he should add a
note to the DAM-manual.
