[TYPO3-bugs] RFC: 3531, Publishing a record breaks dam_ttcontent-relations

Description:
The DAM-parts of the above patch have already been fixed by Rene, but
there's still a patch for the core left to be included (hopefully). It
does not change any existing source code, it only adds a new hook to the
function version_swap in t3lib_tcemain.

Rene doesn't want to integrate this specific core-patch into DAM, which
wouldn't make much sense anyway, because this problem is not
DAM-specific but should arise with every extension using workspaces and
MM-refs.

Ah, btw: The problem fixed by the core-patch is that the uids of MM-refs
are not swapped when publishing/swapping an element.

So, any chance to get this hook into 4.1.2?
