Hello,

the above patch has already been committed to the 4.1-branch on 6. Feb
by Michael Stucki, but not to 4.0.

I think the issue is rather important, as it renders workspaces useless
when using the RTE with a custom configuration. And the patch already is
available since 13.06.2006 and nobody has complained that it doesn't
work - and 4.1.0 also contains it.

So, could someone with write-access to SVN please commit it to the
4.0-branch too?
