[TYPO3-bugs] problem with bugtracker mail notification

Hi there

I receive mail notifications of bugs to which I contributed a note. But 
I don't get notifications of new reported bugs or changes in bugs which 
I didn't touch. This would be very helpful to me (if the notifications 
are limited to tx_newloginbox ;-) ).

In my mantis-account-preferences I've checked all mail-notifications 
(all with minimum status 'any'), defined tx_newloginbox as 
default-project and set the mail notes limit to 10. I have updater 
access level and for tx_newloginbox developer access level.

Is this globally turned off to avoid too much mail-traffic or did I do 
something wrong?
