[TYPO3-bugs] Gzip encoding on bugs.typo3.org

Hi guys,

I don't know what it's like for most of you on broadband lines, but due
to "Glasfaser" I'm still bound to ISDN and thus the long user list on
bugs.typo3.org which is loaded each time when updating a bug report
really sucks.

I guess gzip encoding would improve the loading speed by about 70%, so
it would be cool to have mod_gzip enabled if possible.

Are there any disadvantages?
