It's actualy that way ;)

Not to speak in numbers which I mix up anyway, here it is:

TYPO3 be default uses a "Moved Temporarily", and I would like a "Moved 
Permanently" to redirect domains instead. That's what the patch is for, you 
can then decide what redirect you want. The patch is working fine for me.
