[Typo3-bugs] Made Sebastian Kurfürst admin in the bugtracker

Hi guys,

I just want to tell you that I made Sebastian Kurfürst an admin in the 
bugtracker. Because of his role as a "jumper" in the community, he quite 
often needed to ask one of the current bugtracker amdins to do things 
like giving a user "updater" status, adding new projects, etc - now he 
can do them himself.

Any objections?
