Hiho,

Problem: Versioning and extra-page-options can not be disabled in
context menu with UserTSconfig.

Solution: Add check, if these MenuItems are disabled.

The Changes have been described by Karl-Ernst Kiel. I have provided the
diffs and testet it on several sites.

For me this seems to be a nobrainer, so I would be happy if it will be
included in 4.0.4

Although the core docs have to be updated, I do not consider this to be
a new feature but rather a bugfix.
