Nice!

I wonder how we can get rid of all those "striken through" usernames
that we now have in notes, etc. Will they "go away" as soon as everybody
migrates their accounts? What will happen if we have people that don't
migrate (maybe because they are gone forever)? It would be cool to still
have their names in the notes, but not striken through.
