Erhmm... It's been almost two months now, and bug reports keep comming 
in for tx_pilmailform.

Could someone please step up to the plate and 1) grant me developer 
access and 2) create projects for tx_paymentlib + tx_pilmailform, or at 
least say "no can do" (and suffer the consequense of me spamming the 
lists with things I easily can handle myself).
