[TYPO3-bugs] New category: "Content Rendering"

Hi,
some of you might have followed the discussion on content-rendering
about their workflow. They said they are more effective with an own
category in the bugtracker, named "Content Rendering". This category is
a sub-project of the core, and has css-styled-content as a sub-project.
I have talked about this change with Ben, who is the "manager" for this
newly created category, and with Michael. I hope this change will speed
up fixing content-rendering issues.
