[Typo3-bugs] Permissions again

Hi,

While looking at the Gremlins I tried to update the Status of

http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=1658

from "new" to "Feedback" (Rückmeldung).

I couldn't do so because the dropdown just had "new" available.

Maybe someone can look into that?
