[Typo3-bugs] bug "workflow"

Hi,

somebody recently made an interesting "bug workflow" suggestion:

If a developer resolves a bug, he sets the bug to "resolved", and then
the person who initially reported the bug should close it to confirm the
fix of the problem. I think this makes sense, today there is AFAIK no
"unified workflow" for this in the bugtracker.
Now, it is not possible for the reporter to close bugs he entered, but
there is a configuration option $g_allow_reporter_close which can be set
to change this. Maybe the bug reporter could as well get an email with
some instruction like "Please check if this bug was fixed for you, and
if so, please close the bug to confirm it." to make clear what we want
to do.
Any comments?
