[Typo3-bugs] New Mantis version = crap?

I know. My mail wasn't meant as an offense against you but the Mantis
developers.

No problem. We just need to find a solution as fast as possible. I cannot
tell people that they have to search the database before submitting new
Gremlins when this doesn't even work!

I just did some research on this. It seems it is a known problem, see
http://bugs.mantisbt.org/view.php?id=6234.

Micha, can you please apply the patch to our version?
