[Typo3-bugs] Selectable "TYPO3 version" in bugtracker outdated

Maybe yes. Anyway, I have just cleaned up this file a little bit now. I
removed all RC candidates.
This won't harm as this just defines which entries are choosable - entries
that use such a value are still containing it.

Any other suggestions?
