I had a chat with Ingmar about that last weeks. I suggest that everybody of
us (= the bug hunter team) uses a realname when working in Mantis.

If the new version (when will the upgrade happen?) provides a field for
specifying the full name, then I'm fine with this of course.

I suggest that we put all rules (for us) plus public information on
typo3.org.
On bugs.typo3.org there should only be a link to the above page plus (real)
news.
