[Typo3-bugs] Upgrade of bugtracker

Hi,

there is a new mantis version, wich has a lot of new features. (see 
http://www.mantisbt.org/)
as you know i thought about upgrading in kitz already.
I'm getting more and more complains aobout "can't log in into bugtracker 
" and so on. after asking the guys, i found out, there must bee some 
problem with windows xp sp2 and internet explorer.

finally, i'd like to upgrade mantis.

for this, i would like to make a copy of the existing database and web, 
and upgrade it for testing purposals.
so, the only thing needed is: a date, where some of you have time to 
test things ....

my idea is:
testing from March 15th,
switching, on april 2nd (weekend.)
