[Typo3-bugs] how to mark bugs with working patches?

Hi,
Karsten and I discussed the problem via ICQ, and we found out that the
paperclip icons are only shown on "My Page"; but not on "view issues".
We furthermore had the idea to set all bugs with a working patch to the
highest priority, because they can be solved easily then.
Do you have other suggestions?
