[Typo3-bugs] how to mark bugs with working patches?

Hi,
I'm an "Updater" in the bugtracker and I wanted to ask how to proceed
when a bug was solved. This means, if I or somebody else without CVS
access supplies a working patch for the problem, it doesn't make sense
to update the status to "solved" because it isn't in CVS yet.
I thought of adding "[Patch]" to the title of the bug, so everybody with
CVS access can see it and have a look.

Or maybe we could use a "flag" "patch included", which could be seen in
the bug list? This would be a better solution I suppose.
