[Typo3-bugs] Release of 3.8.0beta1

Good morning huntermen! :-)

In a few minutes I will upload TYPO3 3.8.0beta1 to our Sourceforge server.
It will only be announced on the dev list, thus it's just a small test roll
for those who are interested.

Since the bugtracker holds too many bugs for now, I'd like to ask you to
look at all (& only) bugs which are tagged with that new version number
(3.8.0beta1 or newer).

In the announcement I will offer people to send a mail to me if they have
tested that their bug is still not fixed and they think it is an important
one, and I will change the version number then (they can't do this
manually, right?).
