[TYPO3-workflow] anybody really using workflows in production?

i was just wandering if anybody was already using native workflows/workspaces in a (big) production environment.

right now the workspaces ext has some major UI things to fix (for normal editors usability) and bugs

so is workflows.. not so easy to explain to a normal editor..

anybody has real experience?
i'm about to start developing them (already asked julle, i could also sponsor the hardest features)
