[TYPO3-workflow] Add content workflow on an empty page (TemplaVoila)

Hi,

I have another question regarding a workflow of type "add content" and 
pages using TemplaVoila. The question is about initiating this workflow. 
When there's already content on the page, I click on one of the existing 
content element's icon, get the contextual menu and choose "Workflow..." 
then my workflow.

But when there's no content on the page, I can only click on the "Create 
new element" icon, which doesn't bring up the contextual menu. How do I 
start the workflow in such a case?
