[TYPO3-workflow] Merge of workspace and workflow?

Workspaces are part of the Core.

AFAIK, it is meant this way: there is a simple workflow called "native" 
which comes with TYPO3. If it is not powerfuk enough use other workflow 
extensions. AFAIK none is yet public but there were talks of extensions 
that are compatible to some Java-worflow standrads etc.
