[TYPO3-workflow] Processing other tables than pages or tt_content

Dear all,

I am trying to setup an environment for publishing tt_news and own extensions  with the help of the sys_workflow under V. 4.0 and 4RC2.

I tried all betas, patches and so on... Were somebody successful in setting up at least a tt_news-Workflow in V4.0 or 4RC? If yes, with patches?
