Hello all,
I'm really interested in workflow proces controlling typo3 site
modifications. I've installed ans tested the last extensions provided at
http://jul.net/native-workflow-system/
My be I'm thinking in the wrong way but after my testing, I see that the
worflow process is unidirectional in all steps. I mean that
Creator sends to target, after he/her makes work passes to reviewer for
change or correct anything and after that, page reaches publishers that
unhides finally the work. Is really impossible to take back the proces ?
Let's supose that reviewer sees something really wrong done by target
user. I think it would be great to take back the work for correction but
in the options is not possible for me when acting as reviewer because I
can only have the task retained in my task-list or let go to publisher.
If this is not possible, the only way is speak or e-mail creator and
this generates a new workflow to be assigned to the target. I'm I wrong ?
May be I've configured something really wrong, but playing with workflow
record (root-record) definition I can affect group or users appearing at
the stages, but If I permit that target group users appear at next phase
of review (with the intention that review can pass to target again) it
behaves like publisher !!!
May be I'm terribly wrong at some point, but the doc describing use of
the extensions is very short and If someone can point me to any example
or documentation of roles and options in the workflow scheme It would be
great.
NWS included in typo3 4.0 ? Is that real in a short time ?
Thanks in advance
Albert Agustí
