[TYPO3-workflow] workflows not working - unable to get entry in cm menu to start workflow

i have the same problem like michael descript in thread 'sys_workflows 
and tt_news'. i can't get the cm menu entry to start a workflow. (as 
admin it works) if i start a workflow as admin, the target user(s) get 
an item in there taskcenter, but if they klick on them i lots an empty 
screen...

BUT: it works in the development version (same setup) exectp there are 
lot more groups in setup were its not working....

i was looking over the setup for some 100 ;) times now, but i can't 
dedect any difference!

i'm way out of ideas now...

maybe somebody of you has an idea?
