[TYPO3-workflow] workspaces, versioning and workflow

Hey

Yesterday Kasper and I took a look at the work he did with workspaces for
the upcoming 4.0 release of TYPO3.

As some of you might know the work with workspaces has added features to the
versioning API of the core that are similar to what exists in
sys_workflows.

After looking into the issue (and discussing with the rest of the R&D group)
we decided that it makes most sense to continue both projects as planned.

We believe that both angles to the versioning issue has it's justification,
we also believe that these two projects should be made to make use of each
other at some point, but we to have them mature and get feedback on them,
before it makes sense.

So in other words: The development of sys_workflows will continue as
planned.
