[TYPO3-v4] Extensionmanager / TER

Hello guys,

as far as i very often get the following error message, while the
extension upload worked perfectly i suggest to send out a small status
message after a successfull upload independet of what the local
extension manager says.

> Sorry but an error occured while connecting to the server. Please
> check you network connection.

This message should be sent directly after upload and should contain the
following information:

Extension-Name   : <plain text name of the extension>
Extension-Key    : <extensionkey>
Extension-Version: <extensionversion>
Timestamp        : <formated datetime>
Upload-Status    : <Corrupted|OK>
