[TYPO3-v4] The future of ExtJS 4 in TYPO3 4.7

Hi Kay,

I think it's absolutely not an option to work with a 4.1 dev preview 
which has the special "warning, preview code" attached to it and where 
we have no idea when Sencha - without any public version control system 
or other means to see how far they are with it - finally dares to 
release it as final.

Enough time was spent working around bugs of 4.0 as to justify doing the 
same for 4.1, I think.
