It's a shame, because such "externalization" has - in the past - not led 
to very good results (see the slow development rate of "feeditadvanced").

The good news though is that - hopefully - it could be made compatible 
with 4.5 too. Is that realistic?

I launched a long while ago an effort to write a TYPO3 Administrator 
Guide, but it faltered unfortunately. I think this would be the best way 
to do it, rather than place random stuff on typo3.org. It could be very 
well started in the wiki and could "graduate" to official documentation 
at a later stage.
