[TYPO3-v4] Discouraging or deprecating PHP_SCRIPT cObject?

Hi all,

To follow up on this topic, here are the steps I took.

> 1) should the TSref explicitly discourage usage of PHP_SCRIPT objects?

This is done in the recently released 4.5.0 version. The descriptions 
are not entirely removed, but were moved to an appendix and usage was 
discouraged.

> 2) should we go further and actually deprecate such objects in 4.6?
