[TYPO3-v4] Improving/changing BE search

Hi!

Patch for the current trunk is here:

Note that it will not work for 4.4.x or 4.5.x. You need trunk to apply it 
cleanly. I have a patch for 4.4.x but I do not think we will apply this to 
maintanance branches.
