[TYPO3-v4] Install Tool Improvements 4.6 Status

Hi list,

I am pretty much interested in supporting the TYPO3 4.6 project "Install 
Tool Improvements 4.6 " [1] and wonder if there is a status in between 
the lines which is not visible at forge? ;-)

There are some related entries at the roadmap [2] for 4.6.0, but there 
no team leader appointed is so far nor can I find information about what 
kind of improvements should be implemented and how the work is going to 
be organised.

What is the best way to contribute to the project?
