i'm converting my last non UTF-8 sites to UTF-8 with the upgrade to  
4.5.... and usually it's a quite simple task (export sql, change  
substitute latin1 with utf8, reimport)

it could be boring for someone.. but since 4.6 is a "rebase" version.. why  
not?
