Yes I encounter problems, too. I'm not using t3ditor anywhere (since it 
does not support tab-indention). I cannot reproduce or "systematically" 
say how to raise them. But it feels, that custom Backend-Modules and 
Filemodule usage before returning to some "normal" web-layout modules 
like page seems to "feature" such errors ^^
