Hi Xavier,

this is almost covered already, i configure it with min, max and step.
Also i use "type" which could be time, double, integer etc.

I don't see the bridge for custom values, as a slider always use scalar 
values. So you have to map something by your own. I use render functions 
inside the component which renders depend on given type, you could add 
your own render function for something customable.
