If I understood correctly, you're pushing to git.typo3.org, which is not 
allowed.

This command replaces git.typo3.org with the correct URL of review.t3o 
while pushing:

$ git config --global 
url."ssh://<username>@review.typo3.org:29418".pushInsteadOf 
git://git.typo3.org
