[TYPO3-v4] removing depreciated function

Hi,

i think that the new ter_fe extension (coming soon) will have some user 
interaction. i have seen this in other projects, where user can post 
"compatible with 4.5", so you can get an overview of surely usable 
extensions.

This is something that can only be done by community, no one can test 
 >4000 extensions and test for compatibility.
