Please, have a look if you have a couple of spare minutes, it is trivial 
but very important to commit! tslib_pibase old constructor was removed 
without deprecating it first. Thus any plugin, which overrides the 
constructor and calls parent::tslib_pibase() is broken in 4.6. I just had 
that problem at my test installation with 3rd party plugins.
