[TYPO3-v4] New vs "Old" Extension Manager

+1 on that: I like the new one. The more people use it, the more you
will get feedback and people actually helping out into making it even
better.

Only keep the "Update extensions from TER" module on the top bar
(besides the "Extension Manager"), which currently has no easy
replacement in the new one (displaying the changelog and allowing
"one-click" upgrade of existing extensions).
