IMO this should be fine if you save something in a hidden textarea and 
save it via tcemain. otherwise you will go into troubles anyway because 
of loosing every hook, rollbacks and so on.

The biggest problem I see is in the unbeleavable amount of htmlarea 
features. Just think about the styles you can see and how to transfer 
those things to aloha.
