[TYPO3-v4] TinyMCE vs htmlArea RTE - new try

Hi,

as mentioned before i made an early prototype of aloha in the backend -
so what is the problem from

a) the UI kind of view (except the change in the type of use)
b) technical

I'm sure, that we need to do some work - but why not using the same
editor in all versions of TYPO3 ;)
