[TYPO3-v4] What has been fixed in which release?

Hi,

did a little fix, because the table was lagging behind on the report for 
the older releases (stuff marked as "TODO" which were fixed already in 
4.5 for example).

Maybe this solves the issue mentioned by Peter Russ?

Contact me at T3DD, if you are around. Will try to get it running on 
some official typo3.org server during these days.
