[TYPO3-v4] EM (old an new): can't fetch extension

Hi Philipp,

ran in to same problem today. I forgot to fetch the extension list
"Retrieve/update".  After downloading the list, the extension download
worked.

So the error message that is shown is wrong in this case (for sure in my
case :) )
