[TYPO3-v4] where are language flags and ISO title?

hi

i was just checking latest trunk of 4.5 for the patch about the language  
flags

and i see no more the flags grid (just a very long selector of the "codes"  
of the flags), and no ISO title

(see attached screenshot)

any idea why they disappeared?
